About Us
The aim of New Shot Records is to bring you good music – say, excellent music ! – well recorded and mastered. And from Artists that mean something to us. Primarily live recordings licensed by them, to whom we express all our gratitude and affection. Thank you friends.
The Label is a Family initiative launched by Renato Bottani and wife Cinzia. Renato is in charge of Artists & Repertoire, PR and Sonics. Cinzia makes the Artwork and coffee too! Then comes Border Music / Redeye: they do all the rest, making sure a project gets wings, by being marketed and distributed worldwide. Thanks Pelle Eriksson for the deal.
The main focus is on Singer-Songwriters/Roots/Blues and, most probably, our releases will be labelled “Americana” or… you name it, for what is worth.
